Right next to Mauerpark you can find a locally roasted cup of coffee at Bonanza coffee heroes.
So why did you guys decided in the shop specifically to really just focus on coffee? To not get distracted and it's a small place, too. So, you have to make a choice. Very true. When you only have so much space. I think it's sometimes difficult to remember especially early in the morning you drinking your coffee half awake, that someone grew these beans and then had to pick, pick them and dry them and then they had to be shipped here. It's a really long journey and really fascinating. So if you've ever been to origin and you see the coffee tree and how much care goes into growing coffee and how difficult it is to grow coffee and with how much love and passion people
produce this coffee it's really different, you can, it's a different relationship you have to the product. So this very direct contact with your coffee growers rather than going through various middlemen third parties. If you're really on the quest for quality you have to know where the coffee comes
from, what are the processing methods in origin and that's also like interesting to know. Really though. We're fascinated and so that's the next logical step to do.
That's what I like here, ehm, they care about the quality and they will never bash something ehm and and fuck it up, because they wanna serve it as quickly as possible. So they always take their time. It's very important. And yeah so quality is the main thing. That's what I like. Fair enough. I mean can you imagine that you can see the whole, the whole atmosphere where it was produced. Pretty cool. Awesome. It's pretty and it tastes amazing.
